The QFA Reserve League is the reserve team league for the top Qatari teams in the Qatar Stars League.

The reserve league only open to sides whose senior teams were one of the 12 members of the Qatar Stars League. As a result, a senior team's relegation from the top-flight would mean automatic elimination for the reserve team from the Reserve League and replacement by the reserve team of the promoted team from the second division.
